Join me on the wild lands of the sovereign Queen Medb, for a women’s retreat to celebrate Bealtaine and do the sacred work of the feminine.

At the heart of this retreat

Over four days we will reclaim our sovereign centre through an activation of the 'fifth province' of the heart and the 3 cauldrons of the body:

So that we learn how to flourish and flow with flaitheas faoi blath ( flourishing sovereignty) in the crazy turbulence of these times.

So that we might take up our place as sovereign women, paradigm shifters, pattern breakers responding wisely to these times, fearlessly disrupting the old and birthing the new.

So that we show up to the momentous evolution of consciousness and the collective remembering of our interconnectedness that is happening now.

Reconnect to the sacred landscape of your body, to the great sovereign Queen Medb to the ancestors, to the wildness and to the numinous.

We will gather for

practices of belonging

practices of remembering

practices of place

We will sit in circle, light fires, create Bealtaine rituals, walk sacred land, dance, sing, swim, breathe, rest and reflect together.

This is a call to gather on land between 3 sacred sites of Knocknarae, Knocknashee and Keshcorran caves, in the potency of Bealtaine which falls this year on May 5th.

The gathering will be a small intimate group of women. It will be my only in-person retreat in 2025.

You would love to welcome summer with some wild craic, sisterhood and deep Celtic cyclical wisdom.

Where we will stay

Cabra Lodge Inner and Interpersonal Centre, Coolany Co Sligo.

This is a very very special place in the wilds of the Ox mountains.

The accommodation is in comfortable and elegant self contained eco-cabins.

For this retreat there are two private rooms and six twin rooms available.

All meals and snacks provided. The food is vegetarian and sooooo delicious.

Part Scholarship

Wild Flourishing Retreat Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a clear and fair cancellation policy for all everyone

Payments

Full payment is required upon booking to secure your place.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us in writing at the earliest opportunity. We will do our best to fill your place. Refunds will be provided as follows:

Cancellations More Than 60 Days Before the Retreat Start Date (March 4 2025)
- Full refund of the amount paid, less €100 admin fee.
Cancellations 30–60 Days Before the Retreat Start Date (March 4 -April 2 2025)
- Refund of 50% of the total retreat cost if your place cannot be filled. A full refund will be available if we fill your place.
Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Before the Retreat Start Date (April 2- May 1 2025)
- No refunds will be issued unless we can fill you place.

Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend the retreat, your place may be transferred to another person, subject to our approval. Please contact us to facilitate a transfer.

Retreat Cancellation by Mari Kennedy

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. However, we are not responsible for any travel or other costs incurred by you.

Force Majeure (Acts of God)

If the program is disrupted or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control—such as but not confined to natural disasters, extreme weather events, government restrictions, pandemics, personal bereavements or other "Acts of God"—we will make every effort to reschedule the event. In such cases:

Participants may transfer their booking to the rescheduled event or receive a credit for future events.
Refunds may not be available, except at the discretion of the organizers, due to incurred costs.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected situations, including cancellations, medical expenses, and travel disruptions.
